I have a squadron of Zero with 12 pilots and 43 kills...the surviving pilots total 24 kills
If I check the top pilots list, I see no MIA or KIA pilots in the Fate column, although I think that a lot of pilots with at least 1 kill was shot.
So...Is fate really working?

As I understand it the number of kills listed for the squadron includes those of killed, missing and wounded pilots.

yep...but the point is...no MIA or KIA pilots in the Top Pilots List

That pilot list has a few problems and they were looking at it for possible fixing in the next patch.
