where can i find the serial number so i can install the game!

(there was no manual or any papers in the game box!

Number should be in the e-mail they sent you ... I think ...

4 groups of 4 digits

If you ordered the boxed version, I had the same problem. I never got an order confirmation email, but if you contact Matrix Support and explain your problem, they will forward it onto Digital River and they will send you your serial number.
