How annoying i downloaded the game and decided the mega campagins would be a good place to start now 3 months in i cannot get any of them to work: i click on mega campaigns and try to start any of the and the 'Start game' button hazes over and u cannot click to start could you please tell me how to rectify this problem

MC�s are not included in the download !
or did you buy a MC on CD ?
