light blobe just went off again

seeing a lot of players are starting new games save the game after first move set up
(lots of work involved) in pos between 180 and 199 befor you hit the go button and send to spookie this action would create a libary for start games and save a lot of work for others

now that TankerAce has redone his oob pac for 1.3 one for each sen would be an ideal start

over to you guys and gals

Sounds good, but you would have to one for each style of play. I tend to be aggresive in the first week of the war as Japan.

I guess they could change around orders to suit them.

I think industry as Japan is where most players get stuck at.

I don't even want to try this yet. Still having fun defending as Allies too much.

A note of caution and frustration:
I did the same thing. Spent 8 hours setting up Japan for anything. All troops loaded, destinations selected, unit integrity (some units begin Scen 15 only 90% loaded - 65TH Brigade for one), production changed, lonely AK's sent to Osaka, lonely TK's ordered to Truk/Palau/Rabaul laden with fuel, air units staged, KB set up for the perfect PH attack etc etc. Every so often I was saving my work in the #15 save file (simple, right?). Unfortunately, when I hit the arrow to start the game, I SAVED IT AS #15!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So all that work down the tube as far as future games. Thought I'd warn y'all so you don't waste effort like I did.

Hi cobraAus - Do you have some kind rough outline of what you set for your 1st turn that you posted on spooky? Thought I might take a look at it for a change to my ongoing game. Just wanted a idea of what your initial plans were - cheers.

Cheers, It's actually quite fun and instructive to see what others do on a first turn. Anyone else planning to put a first turn up on spooky's site?
