My PT TF commander was replaced by jap commander. Luckily only PT's and
minor commanders. Next time it will be Halsey? Does this nightmare ever stop?
Will send you savegames, Mr Frag.

I keep on getting a Japanese commander for my AC TFs if I don't use the "chose the leader" option. I'm waiting to get one of those "90/90" Japanese commanders then I'll stick with him and wipe the KB off the map!

I've also found a couple of WOs in charge of some land units. But that isn't too big a problem - if they are in a group that I will lose anyway I'll leave them there.

Yes, I ran into the getting a nice 80/80 2LT Hiromoto to run the 1st PA Division. Figured I'll be losing that unit in another couple of weeks so no big deal. But I have not been watching my leaders real close. Still some bugs out there.

Just curious? How did you get that screen to print?

I went to CNET and downloaded a program called Futuris Imager to capture the screen print, I haven't had much luck just using the print screen button. Then I used another program called 5 clicks to cut out the portion of the screen print I wanted. Worked real neat.

I've found that in cases where just hitting the "Print Screen" button doesn't work, hitting Shift-Print Screen usually does.

I have a carrier commanded by a japanese fellow right now. Wouldn't be so bad but his profile says he's supposed to be running cargo ships .

And a battleship repairing in san fransisco has another japanese captain. He's just waiting for the ship to repair before he shoots up san fran I'm sure.

And now I see it can happen to ground units as well? This has to be the most annoying bug I can think of. I havn't played for 2 days after realizing my historical saratoga commander has deleted himself and I now have some gimp in charge. And that it can happen any time anywhere and there doesn't seem to be anything we can do to prevent it.

Added to that is the realization that if the bug is ever fixed those of us effected will most likely have to start all over again to fix it and get our historical commanders back.

Will this be fixed in the next patch? And when will that be?
Its frustrating starting a game and putting so much time in it and bugs ruin your game!
