Hey

I just want some of your opinions on the Manchukuo Garrison.

Im way above the limited of having 8000 (assault points?) I actually have around 11,000 points. What i want to know is should i withdraw some of my ground units and transfer them to other fronts? (I dont intend to go below 8000) Or should i play it safe and keep them there?

You can withdraw them as reinforcements come into the theater. Stay around 8800 or so. The number is variable so be careful.

Long answer: Hell yes!

As long as you don't accidentally activate the Soviets, you'll be fine as close to the bare minimum as you can get.

I accidently got down to 7100 points two days ago and
it took two turns to get them back up with no activation. ( phew )

Yeah I would definitely pull a division out if you can afford it PP-wise... Send it to Burma or PM... Somewhere you can cause the Allies a headache!

Is it wise to attack Soviets while they are weak and unprepared?

you already have a bunch of enemies. why another one??????

historically, for example, the 1st japanese division was withdrawn from Mandschuria in 1944 to reinforce the phillipines. If you can, pull units out!

You get HI, Oil and resources and there is no 8000 limit at all after that, so it is possible to get India with all troops from China. Just dreaming, but do you think it will work?

I've seen the garrison number jump up and down for about 800-900 from one turn to another. from about 8000 in one day to 8900 or so next day, without any visible reason. I also think that at the begining of one turn it was something about 8800. and at the end of that same turn, just before I clicked "End orders phase" it was down to 7980... I tried to recreate that situation again but failed to do so. Why is this happening, is it random, related to supply level, or even a bug?
