According to the manual (15.4) the aviation support of base forces should increase when the base airfield expands but it just doesn't seem to happen. Is this a bug or an error in the manual? Is it just me or is this the same for all of you?

Read carefully...it is feature only for AI

Correct. Only the AI get these ability. Players have to move support troops in manually.
