Small note about Kamikazi status

A few patches back, in a half-baked scenario,I put some US squadrons in the Philippines in Dec 1941 on Kamikazi. This turned the squadrons Japanese and the switch to the Japanese side propagated up the chain of command and Douglas MacArthur's command and several others turned Jap as well.

This made for some desperate times for the few remaining allied commands (Australia, NZ, the French in New Caledonia etc.) and caused aircraft to fight for both sides and intercept themselves. The Dutch turned jap too, but fought themselves a lot.

This kept me entertained for a few hours, but I am very easily amused.

How do you put them on Kamikaze when there is no such mission that should be shown on the display. You may need to explain the step by step procedure you took to get that result. I believe that you may have scrolled from unit to unit using the tab arrows on the base display screen and if so there have been problems with that. Something the moderators may want to know about how to recreate so they can get it fixed.

By "half-baked" - do you mean something that you or someone cooked up with the editor?

Yes...I did it with the editor. I think the fix is not to put the USA squadrons on Kamikazi unless you want the allies to attack themselves, which is only interesting if you are as wasily amused as I am.
