It seems to me the old game was easier to use in some respects:

Unless I have missed something, there is not an easy way to tab
through each fleet, air unit or land unit. You have to use the fleet,
air or land list which I find tiresome.

Another difficulty I see is when the information on a unit pops up
it is in the center of your vision and there is no way to move it
out of the way.

If there are ways to tab through each unit that I am not aware of
I would appreciate a heads up.

Use the mouse over to check your fleets. It gives destination, type of TF. I play as the Japanese and do not click every fleet. The mouse over gives most of the important info needed.

Not sure what the problem is with number 2. Check the info and exit.

To tab through the land units in a single hex, use the unit icons at the bottom of the screen. Also the mouseover will list all of your units in a base. Until you have too many to easily read of course.

I must admit I dislike the set position of the information windows that open up... often over the very area that it refers to. A simple drag fature so that you could pull the info window around would be a majoy advantage. Pehraps others know the map so well they know where everything is, but I find it a real pain to be told of some action, but not be bale to see the map position until i close the info window.
