do the orders screen for units not work always.

Let's say I want an engineer unit based at San Fran and attached to SWPAC to march to LA. If I click on San Fran I get the base info window. Then I click on the troops button and see a list of all the units at SF. I find the unit I want and click on its name, up comes the unit info window. Now I give it orders to march to LA and NOTHING happens.

But, if I go back to the base info window and find the unit I want directly by wading through all the individual unit icons at the bottom, up comes the unit info window as before. I give it orders and SUCCESS.

Weird.
