This wierdness detected in vs AI game as allies. I was embarking some severely demoralized (fatigue in high 70's/disruption 90% etc etc) Allied units at Rangoon. The transport force (AK's and support ships) was set on Load Only Troops/Home Port Rangoon/Move to Trimcomlea/Unload Cargo. The units seemed to load partially as all 1000 op points were expended during loading (fine up to this point).

However, after turn execution, they reverted to "unloading cargo" and only tiny remnants of the land unit remained aboard ship.

I suppose this may be the "unload cargo" button in action?? Here is the odd part. There must have been one heck of a cruise director as upon their return to lovely Rangoon after only one day on the Love Boat...they returned with 0 ftigue and disruptio of 8-9

I tried this again with a severely disrupted Artillery unit...same effect load/unload..back onshore with newly pressed uniforms completely rested.

I should note the unit morale was still in the cr****r.

This does not seem to happen every time, however, it appears to be a very gamey way of refurbishing troops.

Maybe Julie was the cruise director along with Isaac as the bartender. The Pacific Princess was one goo ship to be on for morale purposes.

Sounds a little messy for my taste.

I've encountered similar problems. (although I didn't notice the fatigue or disruption thing).

I pretty much put all task forces loading troops to "do not unload", as every once in a while, they will just unload during the turn resolution. If you keep them on do not unload, it works fine.

This is something I didn't notice in versions prior to 1.4
