I have got some new aircraft carriers without planes on it...
I wonder if there is a way to get new carrier-trained squadrons?

You can put carrier capable squadrons on it. Carrier trained are onlt those units inherent aboard carriers (I believe).

Are these Bogue class CVE's? If so they are meant to replenish the big carriers. They will fill up with VR squadrons of up to 50 each.

Not all CVE will fill up with VR. By the way they are tens of CVE available in 1944 and only one of ten will be useful as a resplenishment carrier.

If a carrier arrives sans aircraft, your arent gonna get any later on for it. You will have to either rotate other carrier aircraft on to it, or use carrier capable aircraft to crew it.
