I'd like to play a game with 2 special rules:

1)No use the rally command ("R" short key).
In H-H games the game becames much interesting as soon the turns are fasters (a lot of units are supresseds and may not do anything). Using Rally option the player that is on turn has a great advantage as soon as it may shot-recover-shot many times and his enemy not. Of course during the enemy turn he may do the same but anyway the player that is on play will have a greate advantage during his turn. Artillary as defensive weapon is less efective as soon as the atacker may Rally and atack as as ofensive weapon the defensive units will still supressed when atacked.
To play with AI is also better to do not use Rally to give an advantage to the stupid computer.

2) Mortars greater then 2� or 60mm and Rocket Lanchers artillary (Nebelwerfer, Katyusha, etc...) may not do direct shots to the enemy at the players turn. It may do direct shots to the ground the unit is on. It may do this direct fire to the units only as an oportunity fire on the other player turn.

I also prefer C&C on but may play with it off also

So if I understand, at the end of the turn when your units auto rally its ok, you just can't rally with the hot key.

And arty can only be used as a area weapon.

I am game if I understand you correctly. CC Off please
