I have a question...

I have a home computer and also my business laptop ( I travel some ) - what do ya'll keep on your laptop...

I have the following:

COW - Operational Art of War -
OOTP Baseball
Campaign on the Danube
WITP
Original Harpoon - Have the Datasoft Disk with all four add-ons
and DKSports Action PC Football

Don't know if I'll be able to play GGWAW on it though...

I choose games where I do not need to use a disc so these are what I have on my notebook:

Troy
SAAP
Strange Adventures in Infinite Space
XCOM UFO
XCOM Terror from the Deep
A bundle from Sean O'Connor's Windows Games
SPWAW
HOI2
Perfect General
People's Tactics
Soldiers of Empires
Field of Strategy
The General
Hoplites
Modern Warfare
Kasparov Chess
Campaigns on the Danube

That about sums it up...............

I am going to try adding Supremacy: 4 Paths to Power but I am not sure my Sony can handle it...I already know that GGWAW is out of the question.......

My laptop is quite old and under-specced so I mainly use it for old games. Plus connecting a mouse is a bit of a pain in the backside so I stick with turn-based games as well. So I use it to run:-

TOAW ACOW
PzC Sicily and El Alamein
Combat Command 2: Danger Forward
Battlegrounds: Prelude to Waterloo, Shiloh, Chickamauga and Antietam
Rising Sun
Alpha Centauri
Civ2: The Test of Time

Keeps me occupied if I'm not at home

I use a small laptop for audiovisual in planes, trains and automobiles (those aren't pillows!); the only games other than chess and go that I use if for are roleplaying games, and then only as a playing aid. We still employ dice and character sheets, and sometimes miniatures.

War in the Pacific and Korsun Pocket. Little point them being installed though as I can never manage to prise the laptop out of my wife's hands. Wonder if she's enjoying them?

I purchased a new laptop last fall so that I could take WITP with me on vacation. It is not a business computer, so I have plenty of room on it. That being said, I have installed only the following on it so far:

WITP
UV
Tropico
Civ III
Neverwinter Nights

Since it is a XP Home system, every now and then it tells me that certain desktop icons have been used so rarely as to be candidates for removal. Guess what? It lists everything except WITP when it does so...

On my laptop:

Every Matrix Games title published from the beginning up until now (literally), every upcoming alpha/beta/release candidate title (you better believe I keep a close eye on this machine at all times!). These get played and tested far more than everything else combined, honestly. The rest are occasional diversions when I happen to have a rare bit of free time.

Freedom Force II Demo
Bull Run (the new one)
Star Wars: KOTOR II
City of Heroes
Medieval Total War: VI
Rome Total War with the latest Realism pack
The full Combat Mission series
Dominions II
WH40k: Dawn of War
SFC: Orion Pirates with host of upgrades and unofficial expansions/utilities

Regards,

- Erik

SPWAW with all the MC's
Grigsby's World at War
Rise of Nations + expansion
Football Manager 2005

I have had WitP, UV, KP, and BN
on there, but drive space is getting tight, so
they get swapped around.

I have a new laptop and took it on my first trip last weekend. I have one game on it right now - TACOPS. I got to play a few scenarios and was reminded what a neat game TACOPS is.
