Status: offline 		by sea from an enemy province. How do you do it? Can it be done?

Status: offline 		If you don't control the port I think it is impossible, haven't tried it though so could be wrong.

Note that AFAIK having access permission (or violating someones territory) isn't good enough - you need to take the port, or be allied.

Status: offline 		Ugh. They're gonna be real upset when I tell them they have to stay there and starve to death until enough of them starve and then the others can wander off to wherever they can get to. I told them not to burn the boats they arrived in, but would they listen?

Status: offline 		I have Wellington and 5 other of his officers stuck in the desert for about year now after his army surrendering(Morrocco)

The 6 now have been weeded down too two-their being arrested ever so often.
