I doubt it is, but almost looks like Lawson Army airfield at Ft Benning. I'd offer a guess that its Mandalay.

Not Lawson, jumped too many times on LAAF to notice the Chattahoochie River isnt at the end of the runway.

Maybe somewhere in Australia?

When I was at Subic in '92, we were walking around our camp in about 3" of the ash from that eruption.
