I have copied COG from my home computer to a disk and tried to put it on my laptop. However, I get an invalid serial number error message and it tells me to contact Matrix. Please help me with this! It is very inconvient when I want to play out side my house....i.e in my office

If you are using the same serial number, try typing it in again. There's no reason it wouldn't worked if you used the same one you used on your desktop. You can double-check it at www.findmyorder.com if you need to.

Did you just copy all the game files? That won´t work, you must install the game of course.

Uh ok, so I have now copied the file to my work laptop. However, I find no install folder, icon, or file. Thanks again and sorry for my computer illeteracy..

I copied the COG folder to a CD-Rom. I took that disc to work and copied to my laptop hard drive...I have the cd-rom here at work still, as well..

That does not work, you must copy the installer file EXE you downloaded. Then install with this installer EXE on your Laptop.

Is the installer exe in the COG file? If not, where will I find this?

When you downloaded the game, the installer file is that huge file you downloaded. You initially ran it to install the game. That is the file you need to use if you want to reinstall the game.

Thanks Jc. Now I will be thinking about where that $%*%$* is located on my home computer! Looks like another day of lost productivity here in the office!

the file name should be "CrownOfGlory-SetupRelease-v100bDR.exe"
