Hi,
if it has already been reported I didn't find it, but with the strange forum search you never know.
From the 1.50 patch notes:

21) The mouse rollovers for Engineer and Air Support were including disabled element values. Fixed.

This is only true for the mouse rollovers directly at the LCU icon in a hex. The values for rollovers over a LCU icon at the bottom bar still include disabled elements.

And the mouseover on icon for Aviation Rgts shows V0, rather than V270.
