Greetings, not sure at 100% but i think if you place Guards units in the first place modding the initial order of battle
(CoG/Data/-->"Start2"), in example, for france place the Guards just after Paris is listed and before all other units in the order of battle, this way the game thinks that the Guards are "builded" before all infantry in the order of battle, so not infantry morale will be drained, i'm going to test more and maybe create some guards corps for each nation if i are correct.

Please, one more thing to say, i want the developers let this as it is at this time, adding a guards corps for each nation at the begining of the scenarios will add flavor to the game.
