Here ya go ...

"PzKw" is an abbreviation of the word "Panzerkampfwagen," which translated freely means "armored fighting vehicle" or, simply, "tank." "SdKfz" is an abbreviation of the words "Sonder Kraftfahrzeug," or "special motor vehicle."

I have a talent for finding such things on the web.

All German fighting vehicles had an SdKfz number -
IIRC off the top of my head - examples Pz IV 141, Pz V was 151, Tigers 161...

There was once an excellent book on the subject called German Tanks of WWII, a series of books actually, large ( magazine sized) soft cover books - Each vehicle had detailed information, history, scale drawings... I wish I still had it! I semed to have misplaced it sometime in 1976 and have regretted it ever since...

The Sdkfz series were a series of infantry/gun halftrack armored carriers. They can ride in most of terrains, are fast and allows you to deploy fast your guns or infantry units when most needed. Sadly their armor is very thin, so they can be easily destroyed by enemy guns.
