Greetings... Hmm... Odd.. I almost ALWAYS play the huger scenarios, 20k each side, and well, I can honestly say that I've never lost any unit on the map that is.... I think part of the problem may be in force selection - When you buy your forces (in a game where you CAN buy forces) buy them in the order you will move them - Not in the "Sexy" Order. Most people buy Tanks first, infantry last with a whole bunch of other combinations tossed in between, and end up having to look around for the right unit to move. Try this instead - First buy leg recce, then vehicle recce, depending on the scenario - FO's, infantry, tanks, support units, Artillary. THEN buy units which you can add to other formations, such as passengers for your tanks, infantry AT, MG's, transports, AAA, etc. Most of the time, you will usually want to move leg units up first to scout out and get into spotting positions BEFORE you bring up the big guns. Organizing yourself in this manner relieves you of the "Hunt and Peck" style of playing, and you usually only have to go through the entire list using N once. You might also try playing the way the computer AI plays - moving each unit only a single hex, advancing through the list many times, but again, if you purchased your forces in the order that you want to move them, this again becomes very efficient. Personally, I like infantry battles, with very little armor - Most of my games, even the 20k games I play, I rarely have more than 15 tanks in my entire force.
