I run 4 days a week (2-5 miles each - that's 3.2-8 km each for your fureners) and 100 push ups and sit ups a day. I can't wait to retire from the Army - I hate sit ups. Only 2 years, 9 months to go, but who's counting....

Don't you guys have "Honey-do's" to perform? that's how I get my exercise: mowing the lawn, working in the garden, vacuuming, laundry, washing dishes. cleaning the catbox(yech!), feeding the pets, etc. then for rest i play WitP.

You have to excersize if you don't want to turn blimp-shaped. It's no fun, but you have to.

I have a treadmill in the same room as my computer. I used to run/walk on it while the computer resolved turns (reports off). At 20-30 minutes per turn I got a pretty good work out in.

Bike for 4 hour a day every weekday (7-8 months of the year). Use the exercise bike (about 2 hours a day) when weather prevents outdoor riding and go on shorter outdoor rides (2 hours) when possible. I also play racquetball. I am retired

The last three words explain how you can doo all of that...I wish!

But I would rather be doing this:

3 dogs, plenty of hills and fields, too many rabbits and a gun, are pretty much it for me these days. Only trouble is I seem to have to enjoy the views of the dales more often than I used to do when going up hill...........

Yes we all need exercise! I had a heart attack 4 months ago, almost killed me-then a quad by-pass. I think setting in front of this machine without any exercise had a whole lot to do with it. So get some guys.

I hit hard for years running(20 plus) and still had a heart attack. But have not ran in almost 12 years and it caught up with me. So becareful.

I just had back surgery and have been dealing with it for a yr prior. Not been working at all so I get a lot of computer time now. But I also P.T. at the hospital, then walk four miles and then bike for at least thirty min. After that I can play WiTP, WOW or EVE cause Im to tired to do much more ! Walking is great if you stay with it and build up your distance. When I got out of hospital in March I could pnly go half a block using a cane. Today did four miles in one shot

My weight program
12 Ounce Curls

My cardio workout
I moved the fridge that holds my Pepsi into the garage {longer walk}.

I have increased my pepsi consumption to increase both my weight training and my cardiac workouts. I also own stock in Pepsi, so I am working out my portfolio as well.

It is scary that I recognize this but my son (3) has the same one. Pull the string and the paddle pushes it. Ah...parenthood.

My favorites are the "fork lift" (preferably weighted down with a good load of mashed potatoes) and the "beer pull" (pulling those pop tops is great for developing your finger muscles in case your mouth is full when you want to tell some jackass what you think of him)
