In my campaign with Moses, we are approaching July 1942. I have an Infantry Division that I got as reinforcements within Japan. It is assigned to the China Army. How do I move it to China?? The AI won't let me load onto a convoy so it appears to be stuck in Japan!

Does this mean I have to change its assignment so I can move it? I would REALLY prefer not to spend my political points on this...

You're going to have to spend the PPs to change it to another HQ. Make it one that is not restricted so you can move it off the island. If it's at 1/3 strength, don't accept replacements until you change it's HQ. It'll cost fewer PPs that way.

If the China Army HQ is in China, shouldn't the reinforcemnts arrive there?

Can you air transport it to China???? Is this one of the two divisions that I destroyed at Wuhan??

No. This division came to me TWO months ago and it sits in Tokyo. I cannot get it to move whatsoever. It is driving me nuts! Don't want to spend the political points and definately need it IN China...
