I have a couple players on the roster of the team I manage that seem to tire easily and have to be substituted for in the starting lineup frequently. Is there a tweak I can do to these guys to make them more able to stand a longer stretch with out rest? It seems that one guy never turns bright blue in the lineup view. He always has a "good", or "fair" disposition, and never "feeling great". Just curious. Thanks

I see the CPU sub a lot of players in and out of the lineups as well. There is a setting on the GM screen that allows you to play players even if tired, but I have my shuffle lineups to never, unless tired and it seems as if the CPU still changes them a bunch.

ChiefT, the 'never comes above 'good' mechanic is one of the ways Shaun represents aging in the game. Young plays can always come back up to 'Excellent', but as players age they may cap at 'Good' or 'Fair'. You may also have a guy who can show as 'Excellent' but is at the lower end of the 'Excellent' range, e.g., if a young player's 'Excellent' means "100%", his might mean "92%".

Its actually a mechanic I dislike - I'd rather have all players able to get up to 100%, but have the 'older' players recover more slowly (and possibly even 'tire' more quickly). One fault I've noticed is that if I have my 'manager settings' to 'rest if Fair or lower', and I wind up with a player who cannot get above 'Fair', of course he never plays... but I might not notice that, if I have him in the lineup and I say 'Sim for a month', then a month has gone by where my player didn't once get an at bat, and that's frustrating, especially if its a player I was thinking of as my starter, or if its a catcher (because then my other catcher is getting very overworked).
