How do you assign owners to specific teams in multiplayer? And can this be done after the league is set up for computer owners? In other words, can I toggle computer and human ownership off and on after I've started a multiplayer association? Thanks.

You don't assign owners to specific teams. Everybody gets the same league file to start, then each owner has to log in to his team and set a password. You can toggle computer/human ownership.

Hmm, so what happens if an owner quits during the season? Will the Commissioner be able to set the team back to computer, thus reseting the password, and then the new human owner can set a new password for the team (after the Commissioner resets the team to human)? Or is there some way for the Commissioner to manually clear old passwords? Thanks!

The commissioner can reset passwords at any time.

In fact, I had some owners who signed in to the wrong team (we have two Chicago and two Philadelphia teams) and set a password, I had to clear it to straighten things out.

It can all be done from the Team's front office page.

CJ;
If you'd like to try it out, there is a team (Milwaukee) without an owner in my league. There are only two weeks left in the season, but it looks like they're gonna make the playoffs. Let me know and I'll send you the league file.
