What's the best way to raise up Bomber Squadrons morale? I tried to keep them on the ground and or make em bomb undefended places (so they don't take losses) but the morale always stand around 50 at best and I don't see it rising ... what I can do?

Air HQ and offensive missions not more than 3 per week..if you're japanese...if you're the allies it doesn't really matter

Why ... I see that with low morale few planes take off to bomb ... or they even don't take off

The only way to raise moral is to rest them. If morale is really low they may have to sit out a week or two. Adding an air HQ may help. Also check your leaders, better leaders help keep morale high. Also, check your altitude when bombing. The lower the altitude the more wear and tear they take and the faster their morale goes down. But the bottom line is the have to stand down for an extended period of time.

Does supply affect this at all? If supllies are +20k I can get replacements. It also "seems" to me that morale for units in well-supplied bases does not drop as fast; does anyone else notice this?

I don't think supply will have a significant effect, but one thing I forgot to mention that does is distance to the target. Long missions fatigues the pilots and moral goes down much faster.
