Just wondering how hard it would be to add a college option; only change would come in recruiting/signing vs. drafting.--THAT would be "maximum flexibility"

You can add unlimited teams to your league. I think you can make your own schedule or set the number of weeks to play and set up your own playoff system, but i don't think it has player recruiting.

I plan on doing college rosters, and I'm sure some creative utility maker could make a recruiting program.
