I am on the Dark Side and just took the city of Lanchow in China. I didnt have enough AV in the city and it was sacked for a few tuns by the local militia. Now that I have the city firmly in my grasp I have noticed that on my Base Screen under Supplies it has listed 1905/300. In the manual it says something about the second number being the amount produced at that base but it is the only base I have in the entire Japanese Empire with #/# . My question is why here and no place else?

That 'free' supply is only for the Allied side there.

It is free daily "auto-supply". Several Chinese bases get some (Sining, Chengtu, Chungking etc.).

Contrary to the popular belief it does change hands when a base is captured. This is probably a bug though.
