Steel Thunder -> Game crashing bug! (7/6/2000 5:39:00 PM)

Hello
I played an unsecured PBEM game with my friend. The game was battle between Ger and Rus in Kursk in -43.
My friend finished his turn and send the files to me. When I tried to load the file the game crashed to windows.
I then started SPWaW again without re-booting the computer and everything worked fine! This happened several times.
We both have ver. 2.3 and we had destroyed steel.prf file. Also we have similar setting in the preferenses.
