while playing the game do you see the pitcher throwing the ball and the batter taking the pitch or swinging and the fielders fielding the ball.or does the game just tell you what happens after ever pitch?

There is a line drawn to show the flight path (optional) and a text play by play to tellyou the outcome. Players are represented by their names only.
