This is a known issue. What apparently happens is that sometimes the very first combat that actually gets a combat report gets the casualties from non-report incidents added to it. In your case the Silindoeng sank, probably due to cumulative damage after an earlier attack, during the movement phase and then the very first "combat" of the turn was an ASW attack. No ships were damaged in the actual ASW combat and the Silindoeng was tacked on to the report because it was flagged "unreported" or something like that. The aircraft losses are probably something similar, maybe losses during the air transport phase from the previous turn? It is annoying, but as far as I know nothing to worry about.
