1. Am I just seeing a pattern, or do vessels with SYS 0 in port slow down the repair rate of damaged ships? Im talking PH, SF, LA, Colombo, SD, Seattle, etc. Should I move every ship with SYS 0 to another port? The world wonders..... 2. When do the various allied "barges" start showing up? Thanks, George
