japanese replay messed up

I'm sure everyones noticed that during the japanese replay it shows the allied menu bar (la09.bmp), whereas it should be showing the japanese bar (lj09.bmp). has anyone come up with a fix for this, besides just copying the japanese one to the allied one (and thus losing it for the allied replay)?
