Aktion T4 -> Combine units hotkey is cross-linked (7/8/2000 9:20:00 PM)

Anyone read through the manual v2.2 and see where the hotkeys in the deploy screen show that "a" = combine units and "r" is set units firing range? Well, if you press "a" or "r", they both do the same thing and that is set the firing range for the unit. Is this a bug? Or have we done away with the option of combining units in the deploy screen?
