I have made Members Club Account and Forum Account to a wrong name and my Starshatter has been product registered of Members Club Account by mistake.
Therefore mailed to matrixgames about change of Members Club Account Name and Forum Account Name, twice.
My Members Club Account Name/password and Forum Account Name/password are written in it.

but no reply from matrixgames.
Therefore I wrote this in this forum.
There is a problem of security, too.
Because I am telling Members Club Account and Forum Account password to matrixgames.
and According to the answer i change my Members Club Account password and Forum Account password.

my Members Club Account Name and Forum Account Name can be changed?

I'm not sure why it wouldn't have reached us, but there are instances where message (particularly from free accounts) don't make it to us. I assume they are filtered by an over-aggressive spam filter somewhere, though ours seems to be pretty good about leaving such e-mails alone. Please try re-sending and if you have a non-yahoo account try sending from that as well. It will be easier for us to resolve this if we can discuss your existing account info in private, thanks.

I saw your e-mail arrive. I see that it's been forwarded internally to our Members' Club programmer, who is checking into the possibility of changing your account names. I would expect a reply tonight.
