marillion9 -> Issues discovered during one Quik Play (3/5/2006 12:00:38 AM)

I saw several issues happen during my first Quik play.

default US league, cpu vs cpu

1. After an incomplete pass that was batted down........the text says "incomplete pass" but then says "tackle made by player" (can't have a tackle made or recorded as a stat after an incomplete pass)

2. 3rd down batted balls incomplete ALWAYS results in the gameclock continuing to run

3. QB was injured, so backup was put in by cpu.......original starter then returned off and on throughout the game.....he would come back in for several plays and then the backup was back in again, this would repeat over and over throughout the game (not a realistic scenario, unless the default playbooks have the backup come in for certain plays for some reason?)

4. Punt yardage is often listed improperly in the play by play......it will say "punt of 12 yards" or "punt of 4 yards" when the actual punt went at least 40 or 50 yards

5. I saw multiple fair catches of punts inside the 10 yard line, including 3 fair catches inside the 5 yard line! That should not occur with that frequency

6. Rushing stats are not adding up properly when viewed in between quarters on the team stats page. The total stats don't equal the individual stats......very large difference was noted between the two?????

I'm sure some of these things are already being addressed or have been listed before. I'll continuing watching for any other technical issues that aren't related to player ratings or playbooks.

I think I figured out the rushing stats issue..............in the individual stats, it does not list the quarterback sacks which are counting against the rushing total..............so I think maybe we're okay there [:)]
