Have you considered allowing random campaigns for minor powers? I would like to play Italy from Abyssinia to 1943 (where in the end you would fight the Germans) to see if I could use them effectively, but this isn't an option at present. Spanish Civil War, Finland, and France could all make for interesting campaigns, too. Though I don't know how you would do the transition from France to Free French Forces or Vichy, or if you should even try to make the transition.
Also, is there a way to limit core building points you receive after a battle? I have found it too easy to build up a powerful core force in a short time at present. Thanks.
