I've gone through 3 games and there is only one injury for the entire league (US style league)! The one injury is to a player on my team. My guess is I have that injury because I watch my games and sim the others. I don't know if the simmed games aren't recording injuries or if I haven't done enough games but regardless, injuries aren't happening frequently enough.

In quick games I have seen alot of injuries, today actual saw 3 in the first quarter of a game.

Ya, me too. In juries seem to work ok in Quick Play games. Heck, I even had a Quick Game game injury result in a Running back with a Season ending Hamstring Injury (or something like that). But most are just injuries for a few plays.

I haven't tried much of the League games yet. I'll have to test that for injuries. I thought I recall David mentioning that Injury severity can be adjusted in the Database files, I might have too look into that.

From what I can tell injuries occur during a played game but not during simmed games. I've gone through 4 weeks without one other than a minor on my team and that occured during a played (coaching mode) game.
