Hello,

I know it is illegal to mess with the SPWAW code. I was wondering whether it is okay to use the artwork, since the SPWAW tanks (in particular) look very cool. Could be the artwork is not part of the original copyrighted SP3 stuff and thus not subject to the same limitations. Some people have also suggested that part of the sounds have been extracted from movies.

Hello...

The art work is all new for the game and copyrighted by Matrix Games, as are some of the sounds. The rights to use the other sounds were purchased by Matrix Games.
