Elvis -> Loading units onto a barge/landing Craft (bug?) (7/13/2000 1:47:00 AM)

I've been working on an amphibious assault scenario, and have noticed that you can't load a loaded vehicle on to a landing craft.
Here's what I wanted to do:
1. load a 37mm AT gun on to a truck
2. load the truck (now carrying the AT gun)
on to a landing craft
Here's what I was forced to do:
1. load the truck on to the landing craft
2. load the gun on to the landing craft
separately
What's the problem?
From a human player's standpoint? Nothing really. From the AI's standpoint? Everything. The way it stands now, the AI is left with an artillery piece that can't be moved from wherever the landing craft beaches itself. In real life, a vehicle would have been combat loaded, ready to roll as soon as the ramp dropped.
This is either a design flaw or bug, and should be corrected.
I'm not sure how the AI handles prime movers in general, but from my observations an AI-controlled unit carrying another debarks that unit when fired upon/damaged/immobilized/reaches its objective. Is this the case?
