OK, like all release dates in the software world, this one is subject to change... After conversations with Matrix, and a look at my development schedule we have set PureSim 2006's release date for the first week of May. The code is looking pretty good with a few loose ends to tie up, but in general very solid.

Some of you have been contacted about the beta (starting this weekend) and I should be contacting some others as well.

So start your clocks and prepare to flame me if we hit a delay :)

Thanks for your continued work and dedication to this! I have been playing since the early open beta (I don't know if that's what it was called) process back in 2001(?). Every version and update you have put out has been of high quality. I know that any delay that there might be is because you want to get it right before putting it into our hands. Thanks for your commitment to quality!

Who would do something like that?????

I know I wouldn't Shaun because I know you will get it done when you feel it is ready. It would be nice for the early part of the season. I love managing games while I have the Indians on in the background. (I usually seem to do better than the real team for some reason). Although the Tribe is off to a good start for a change.

Yay! The rains should have just about stopped by then, so maybe we'll be able to get some baseball in!
