I'm having an interesting bug attack... A Japanese unit trying to disengage from battle on the beach near Lunga boarded one of my Allied submarines. I had 1300 Japs on a sub that can only carry 24 passengers. At first I didn't even notice that they were enemy troops and almost took them back to Nomea. Now I've spent about two weeks trying to get the drunken renegade Japs to get off my boat! I'm contemplating just sending the stupid thing back to pearl (Japs & all) & just intern them as POWs for remainder of scenario.

If the sub only has room for 24 passengers there are evidentley at least two broken rules here ( nationality & numbers ). They ought to be stood on deck ( some of them anyway ), therefore they should drown as and when the sub dives, but I don't think the AI could be programmed for that; but then it has a problem with nationality & numbers, so it might be possible. It appears anything is possible with a mis-program.

This is better ( worse ) than my flying Submarine in Sc. 11! [:-]

You had a Flying sub? What did it do, drop torpedoes at at 20 thousand feet?[sm=crazy.gif]

Nothing so useful !
I guess to be more accurate my sub. was grounded. It was moved onto a land hex whilst under AI control and I could not get it out to sea again.[:(]
Apparently a similar thing has happened before in two other Sc. ( now fixed ). One of these included moving over the Owen Stanley mountains in New Guinea, ( hence my comment ). [X(]
