During my campaign game in progress, I notice that during shelling involving heavier calibre rounds, the earth where they land opens up to reveal fractured attic timbers, piles of lumber, ash heaps, and the like. Most astounding. I assume the code thinks there are buildings here. Seems to happen more in some battles than others. Hmmm. How come? Has this been discussed before? Any fix on the horizon? I know the Matrix folks must be selective about how much can be addressed at once, so I'm only pointing this out to see if anyone has noticed, and knows what its all about.

You just came across some buried city and it's ruins.

It has been commented on before without any explaination. ------------------ An old soldier but not yet a faded one. OK, maybe just a bit faded.

For some unknown reason, when cycling through the various tiles for craters, it will occasionaly use a rubble tile, it will say shellholes though. If another round or so hits that area again, it will usually go back to a crater icon, and behave itself after that! ------------------ Mike Amos Meine Ehre Heisst Treue

Yeah, sometimes. Oh well. As I wade thru the lumber piles. Hey, Kameraden! Vant to build some bunkers?!
