Ok, I have patched to a CHS game and have the following situation - the same greyed out option exists everywhere in the game as far as I can see. So is this? 1. A feature of the CHS mod (or non feature perhaps is a better way of putting it?) 2. I maybe needed to upgrade my data files as it asks on the main screen but I haven't? 3. A cheating, despicable ploy by the AI (I run this game when waiting for PBEMs to arrive) 4. I am really stoopid and am missing an obvious reason why I cannot do this..... Perhaps this thread could become a competition as to who is the most stoopid.... I claim a rare medical/opthalmological condition - its called not seeing the wood for the trees. Happens when you are so excited about a new patch that you lose touch with reality. Alternatively, it has been argued that I never knew what the purpose of that number in brackets meant anyway.....
