With the new programmers conventions, US tanks like sherman and Grant have their targeting rating of 4 (gun stabilizer) but British equivilent versions under lend lease have no rating. Did the British (and soviet recipients for that matter) remove the stabilizers or were they not supplied by the US ?
Also wondering why targeting ratings lower than 4 have been removed from all other units. The manual talks about SP guns and such having 1 point and tanks having 2 or 3. Were these oob errors that crept in after the original version

Its a bit light on info regarding ratings for tanks without stabilizers

First off, the removal of the stabiliser from "Lend Lease" and supplied stocks of Shermans is incorrect. The stabiliser was an integral part of the gun mechanism.

We have replaced the stabiliser rating for US Shermans that are used by other nations in the Enhanced SPWAW Mod. Other vehicles may or may not have the rating; in the TDs and light tanks, the mechanism was sometimes not included in models shipped to Allied nations.

As to the values, Mike has said that the code only recognizes a value of '4' here; other numbers are ignored, so the manual is in error.
