shaun, i got the beta patch and am trying to expand my asc.
heres 2 problems ive run across.
first it would only allow me to expand from 30 teams to either 36 or 40
i really didnt want to expand but thought thats got to be the best way to realign my divisions, so i figured hey i can add a team if i have to. But my "complaint" if you want to call it that, is that i am now forced to expand by at least 6 teams, when i was hoping to not expand at all just realign, or at most add 2 teams. would like to be able to chose the specific number of teams to expand by, be it 0-10.
problem 2 has to do with the choosing of reagions for these new teams.
I am trying to add the Texas Rangers too one of my division, and i type in Rangers as the team name and choose Dallas Fort Worth from the drop down list.
when the screen goes back to listing my new alignments, it stats that i now have the New York Rangers....ey im not playin hockey here . so i edit it again, i create my own arlington regeion. when i go back it calls it the Mount Pleasant SC. rangers. this is supposed to be a MLB team sigh....
anyway it looks like there is a bug the the asign regions part of the new program. its "randomly" changing regions of the expansion teams after assignment.
i think the way youve gotten expansion worked is great though! anouther great job.
update
it seems that some regions work and others dont, i tried greenbay and it didnt change, neither did pittsburgh.
