DerekP -> Harpoon Classic 2005 CE (5/22/2006 12:14:45 PM)

I never really liked Harpoon 2 / 3 but was a huge fan of the bigger fleet battles possible with Harpoon Classic.

I know that Matrix have indicated that they will be puiblishing Harpoon Classic 2005 Ce on other websites and have made passing refeences to it here. But all the hype appears to be for Harpoon 3.

Could someone from Matrix be crystal clear as to the plans for Harpoon Classic 2005 CE. Is it due for release in the same time frame (i.e. "this quarter"), will it have its own forum (or share this one) and will the database flexibility built into Harpoon 3 be ported over the Harpoon 2005 Classic CE as well?

Yeah, it looks like H3 gets most of the attention since it is planned for release before HCCE.

Here's a little AAR for HCCE to keep you in the "Harpoon mindset". [;)]

I'm not currently from AGSI but HCCE will have an editable database (which has been in place since 2003 via HC Gold) for which there are a few publicly available alternatives to the AGSI provided database. Hope to see you then (and at H3/ANW, gotta love 'em both.
