Puresim 2007 v1.10 Slow runner on first you hit next to pitch to the batter your opponent puts a speedy pinch runner on and instead of the game giving you a chance to call for a pitch out your pitcher pitches and the now speedy baserunner steals second. It was this way in Puresim 2005 too but without a pitch out option it didn't make any difference.
