Hi, it took me the longest time to be able to use this forum. After creating a log-in I could never find the button to actually Log-In. It turns out that when using Safari, the menu choices on the Forum page are displayed several screens over to the right, so you have to scroll across using the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen. Perhaps this is due to the crawling banner, but there you have it.

I'm using the OS X version of Firefox and it works pretty well...

Yes, when Safari doesn't work well, use Firefox instead.
