How long has this been a payable privilidge?. I always presumed that if for one reason or another you had to download the software again you could do.

As you buying a download product I feel its a bit harsh not being able to download something youve already bought whenever you like.

Im sure we all have PC problems at times and Ive on one occasion found redownloading the software very usefull indeed.

Its not like people will be downloading the same game a number of times. Maybbe oncce twice at the most.

Just to be clear, this is something DR offers, not Matrix (i.e. we don't make a penny from it). In general, they are good about allowing downloads for an extended time with or without this, but they are not _required_ to. Nevertheless, I know folks who've downloaded games they bought over a year ago without any extended download service. My suggestion is to avoid it in general as it's not necessary.
